Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings and Payments 1.1: All bookings must be made through our official website http://www.3drecruit.com/active. 1.2: Full payment is required in advance to secure a place. We accept major credit/debit cards. 1.3: Cancellations will not be refunded however the booking can be moved to an alternative date during a school holiday period up to 12 hours before (by creating an account at the check-out stage, you will be able to amend bookings online). 2. Changes and Cancellations by Us 2.1. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, staff shortages, or safety concerns. 2.2. Service Description
**3D Active Activity Academy at Westfield Football Club** Join us for the ultimate Football Academy this summer holidays! This engaging training program is led by Head Coach George Landais, who holds a degree in Sports Development and Coaching (Hons) and has extensive football experience as both a player and coach. Located at Westfield football club, your child will enjoy meeting new friends and learning new skills at a secure site with new purpose-built facilities. Our 3D Active team is DBS verified and first aid trained, ensuring a safe environment for all. **Tariff:** - £29 per day (9am - 3pm) - £130 per week (10% off the daily rate) *Early drop-off (8-9am) and late pick-up (3-4pm) are available for £5 per slot.* Additionally, all 3D Recruit supply workers receive a 10% discount on both daily and weekly rates. All children will need to be arrive with a packed lunch, water bottle, sunhat and sunscreen and wearing appropriate clothing for an active day of outdoor based sport!
