1. Bookings and Payments 1.1: All bookings must be made through our official website http://www.3drecruit.com/active. 1.2: Full payment is required in advance to secure a place. We accept major credit/debit cards. 1.3: Cancellations will not be refunded however the booking can be moved to an alternative date during a school holiday period up to 12 hours before (by creating an account at the check-out stage, you will be able to amend bookings online). 2. Changes and Cancellations by Us 2.1. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, staff shortages, or safety concerns. 2.2.
