About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students, ensuring they receive the attention they need to thrive.

• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in line with their individual learning plans (IEPs).

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure each student’s needs are met.

• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe, orderly learning environment.

Essential Requirements:

• A passion for education and supporting children’s learning and development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage challenging behaviour and provide emotional and learning support to students.

• Right to work in the UK.

• An understanding of safeguarding practices and procedures.
